healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
The first time I was in Korea, I was walking around and all of a sudden I came to a street that was just covered in red chillies. I soon found out that these red chillies are used in all Korean cooking, it is also known as “gochugaru”, this is Korean red chili powder. The sun dried chillies that I saw, gets all the seeds removed and then gets turned into powder. Its an essential thing in the Korean kitchen, but also in the Koran red pepper paste. Gochujang. Chili pepper has a lot of minerals and vitamins. It is also said that chilies speeds up the metabolism and is good for the immune system. All the more reasons for keep on eating it.
