Baby blues and maternity tears

Baby blues  or maternity tears happens to around 60-80% of women after giving birth, it might be just for a brief moment, or long going. Remember that the medical personal at the hospital is there for you, so don’t be afraid to ask your questions.

Starting crying for no reason, feeling very emotional, sensitive or feeling a little blue is some of the things that comes with baby blues. Just remember you are not the only one that have this happen to you, many women experience it.

After giving birth, your body goes through major hormonal changes, this and things around giving birth, such as lack of sleep, and many other things. All plays a role when it comes to the baby blues. Postnatal depression is not the same thing as baby blues, depression is something that happens to 10% after giving birth.
