Stiff leg dead lift


Lower your shoulders,shoulders away from ears, don’t tens up the neck.

Knees and toes should point in the same direction. You should be able to see your toes when your knees are bent.

Knees slightly bent, never lock them.

Back should be flat, and you should be looking forward

4.Stiff leg dead lift:-Chest out, shoulders back


You don’t have to go all the way to your toes with this exercise.
