Just like the other ZWOW I posted last week. Guys!!! Give this one a try. It’s not just for girls. Push yourself a little. You know you got it in you. Woman or man! Grab your weights, and try it. I used my 15 lb db’s.

One round is 10 reps of each exercise:
Ground to overhead
Single leg weighted leg squat
180 Lat jump burpee
