Yes, I do love the ZuzkaLight workouts.

Here is the latest one:

It is for time, 3 rounds: I finished in 11:44 min

1 round is:

20 Side Jump Lunges

10 Forward Backward Burpees

10 One legged dip jumps

10 alt.double bridge

And here is the proof of me doing the workout!!!
