ZWOW #6 2-23-2012

So there is a new ZWOW out. And its the sixth one so far. This one is without weight, which is perfect for me right now. As we are on the move, and I have no  weights with me. All you need, is something to keep track of your time, a bottle of water, and your body.  See how many rounds you can finish within the 10 minute time frame.

I did: 4.5 rounds

One round

10 Pulse plyo jumps

8 Side burpees

6 jump leg kick ups

Have fun, and get your sweat on!
